since damage had been done in the previous post. now i shall sayang you guys AHA.
ALRIGHTS people.
let's face the fact yeah, 2PSB wasn't as successful as we wanted to be. but it is not how we end. but how we enter into the 3PSB. the PSLs who are gonna stay, are you going to uphold the board? the outgoing PSLs, would you be proud to say you were once a PSL? alright? i believe a new term, a new chapter will be good for us all.
(as a good history student) HOWEVER, before the term end. i have one wish. to see all of you having the spirit of EXCELLENCE in you.yourself.
when you do work, i do not expect perfection. but is it the best that you have given it? if you have. well done. i never believe in perfection. try to be perfectionist, have coffee or tea with me, i'll talk to you. but being excellent is going the extra mile, putting your best foot forward, even if it means you have to make sacrifices.
so EXCELLENCE ya?
so all humans here, let's strive hard together and end 2PSB with a GREAT BIG BANG! :DDDD

Yes, it's me, showing "encouragement" yeah.
Anyway, just some points for you guys to take note:
1. Existing PSLs, your work has not ended. This is still your office term. Remember the pledge you had made in Febraury? You made a pledge in taking pride in your duties. Well, have you? In a month to come, the office term will end. Ask yourself about your involvement within the board. Remember, your office term HAS NOT ENDED. If you felt that you still had not made an impact, I would like to urge you to at least attend and conduct the last PSS. Attendance is very poor for PSS. Where had the sense of discipline I had instilled in you guys went to? Please, after the EOYs I would want you guys to rethink about your actions.
2. As none of you have stepped down, I would also urge you to attend the coming AGM as your seniors had did. I do not care what you have planned on that day. Unless you have urgent family matters to attend to or had fallen ill. AGM would be on the 26th of October. Like it or not, you will have to attend. This would mark the official handover of your duties. In particular, take note that there will be another meeting before AGM on the 11th of October. This agenda of this meeting will be on various disciplinary issues within the board.
3. Lastly, I would like to present to you the lyrics of our NDP theme song for this year, "Will you"
My challenge is not about you having to find new ways. No, it is too late. Neither is my challenge about you writing grand new stories for the Board. No, there is no time left for it. My challenge for you is about at least not disappointing yourself. Give yourself one last chance in the Board. If you don't, do not complain to others that you have gathered nothing in this Board; it is only because of your incompetence and your attitude that had led you only that far.
